Cancellation policy
Check In/Check Out
On the day of arrival the room is free for your check in at 2 o’clock p.m. We ask you kindly to leave the room until 10 o’clock a.m. on the day of departure. For delayed check in or earlier departure we calculate the full price. For delayed check in or earlier departure we calculate the full price.
Reservation/cancellation
Reservations are only valid with the final reservation voucher. We always ask for a deposit payment about 100 Euro. The payment has to be made within 5 days after reservation request. Without deposit payment the reservation is cancelled. For short term cancellations we charge the whole price; aside from serious matters.
A cancellation is something unpleasant for you and for us. Please let us know as soon as possible.

Cleaning
The final cleaning of your apartment is included in the price.
Animals
For animals we charge up to 10,00 Euro per day. Please inform us before arrival.
Tourist Tax
Starting from 2015 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amouting to 1,35 Euro per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.
